GO BLUE: Predictive Modelling Crappers Share Their Child Welfare Gerrymandering False Claims Methodologies For Stealin' Children, Land & Votes
![]() |
https://ssw-datalab.org/project/cfsr-in-michigan/ |
Look at this shit.
This is straight up, forced migration operations.
This is how they predict to redraw voting districts.
This is gerrymandering by navigating population flows through Michigan’s privatized child welfare and juvenile justice systems.
This is forecasting due process by generating mutational algorithms to privatize the justice system and determine the statistical likelihood that one will be poor, or rather, "abused and neglected".
This is predictive modeling crap and I am going to prove it.
These people are doing quantitative variables of how much money they can make off these kids in econometrics, you know, to maximize revenues, to generate the best interests of the child in financial forecasts of Social Impact Bonds by co-signing and hustling their crap as policy for the State of Michigan through the Department of Health and Human Services and State Court Administrative Office.
Yes, this is a Public Private Partnership, where we have no freaking clue as to what they do with the data, other than lobby it through their publications that say they are the experts because they came up with this crap all by themselves.
These people have data sets for the double jacket populations, or rather kids who are in foster care and juvenile justice at the same time, you know, like they were doing for years in Wayne County under the "Bill Smith, Will Smith" model where they change the first name of the kid, then copy and paste the data into another child welfare program.
They are doing live, human subject research on "The Poors" through predictive modeling crap, because this is Evolutionary Psychology.
Lifeboat Foundation - Children's Trusts
They have full access to all the data.
Your medical records, education, legal history, family history, then they predict on which program they come up with to bill Medicaid they can make off you when they assign all your rights over to the corporate parent.
They even have your social data.
These people have full access to all our state and local meshed systems information and they do it through those Public Private Partnerships, which are a just a Gordian Knot of what they like to call corporate layering, through complex financial fraud schemes.
Think about that, organ donor data, blood bank data, DNA, RNA, even voting data.
These assholes have already linked through Microsoft with the county register of deeds offices so they can do a click of the button transfer of property and taxes.
U of M runs the land bank studies that come up with this is civil asset forfeiture to the trust under the corporate parent for the civil debt of being poor, more intuitively understood as economic eugenics under chattel law.
They redistrict neighborhoods through CPS and you can look at Grand Rapids zip codes and generational cohorts.
Look at the Wayne County Property Tax Foreclosures fore 2016 and what these Predictive Modeling Crappers call "abuse and neglect".
This is modern human trafficking, a residual of the peculiar institution.
This is forced migration, a crime of war and they promulgated to "The Elected Ones" to cover up their nefarious activities they call maximizing revenues.
They groom their legislative spokestokens.
You will not find one whisper of missing data, researcher bias, dirty data, or straight up fraud, well documented in legal actions, audits, and media on the Michigan Child Welfare System.
What these Predictive Modeling Crappers are trying to do is to take over the world, one kid at a time.
There is not single peep about what went on in Detroit or Flint, yet they publish their findings on why the state needs to pump more money to make more laws to privatize more programs they come up with to make kids learn better without acknowledging the massive foreclosures or federal investigations addressing the manufactured child poverty, homelessness, blight and child trafficking that makes it hard for a kid to learn.
That means they are all working together because I believe Nancy Edmunds is done presiding over this matter and is about to hand off to federal oversight.
There is no verification that these data are not from fake identities because we know they are.
There is no passion nor human compassion in predictive modeling because the individuals who purport this crap of controlling humans do not even come from the United States and are a very, very, very twisted group of individuals when it comes to their personal time.
You heard me.
I bet I could run a very simple regression to show a perfect correlation between rates of child removals and redistricting.
Oh, wait, I already did.

GO BLUE: Technion Has A New Detroit Predictive Modeling Crapper - Scott Leemaster
I wonder what new crappy predictive models they shall diffuse in Detroit for 2020, for revenue maximization purposes of those Public Private Partnerships for their fake ass Social Impact Bonds.
We should my Psychobabies up there at University of Michigan.
GO BLUE!
The Technion Board of Governors Welcomes a New Chairman
Scott Leemaster of Franklin, Michigan, is the new chairman of the Technion Board of Governors, the governing body of the Technion–Israel Institute of Technology. He assumed the post in June 2019 during the Board’s annual meeting, succeeding long-time chairman, Larry Jackier. Both Mr. Leemaster and Mr. Jackier hail from the Detroit area.
“For many years now, I have been fortunate to follow in Larry’s footsteps, and honored to work together with him on behalf of the Technion,” Mr. Leemaster said. “This amazing institution is arguably the fundamental driver not only of Israel’s economic success, but also of its growing international relationships in Africa, India, China, and other parts of Asia. I am deeply honored to be asked to take on this new role and grateful for the opportunity to continue my life-long love affair with the Technion and its people.”
Mr. Leemaster is vice president and principal of Warren, Michigan-based Madison Electric Company, a wholesale distributor of electrical supplies, industrial controls, and automation equipment. He is credited with expanding the company’s product offerings, managing the Madison Electronics division, and improving inventory efficiency.
He became involved with the ATS in the late 1990s, driven by the Jewish value of tikkun olam, Hebrew for repairing the world. “The Technion improves the lives of people around the world through its innovative solutions in science and technology. Technologies related to agriculture, energy, water, and solar all have deep roots at the Technion,” said Mr. Leemaster.
He participated in an ATS leadership development program, and by 2004 was elected to a two-year term as president of the organization’s Detroit community. In 2008, he assumed the local presidency again. Under his stewardship, Detroit supporters helped fund key Technion projects including laboratories at the Stephen and Nancy Grand Water Research Institute, the Max Gill Emergency Fund for Technion Students, The D. Dan and Betty Kahn Mechanical Engineering Building and the Michigan–Israel Partnership, a research collaboration between the University of Michigan, the Technion and the Weizmann Institute of Science.
On the national level, Mr. Leemaster became active on the ATS National Board of Directors in 2005, chaired numerous committees including the Audit Committee, and in 2012 became ATS president. During his tenure, he presided over the launch of the organization’s half-billion-dollar fundraising campaign, “Innovation for a Better World.” Most recently, he has served as the national chairman of the board.
He and his wife Susie have participated in and co-chaired many ATS trips to Israel and other destinations. Together with Mr. Jackier, he helped organize a Solidarity Delegation to Israel during Operation Protective Edge in 2014.
The Leemasters are Technion Guardians, a designation for those who support the university at the highest level. They have generously funded a number of projects including the Departmental Library in the D. Dan & Betty Kahn Mechanical Engineering Building, and the Shared Core Facility in the Sohnis and Forman Families Center of Excellence for Stem Cell and Tissue Regeneration Research. In 2009, Mr. Leemaster was awarded a Technion Honorary Fellowship for his generosity and his hands-on involvement.
Outside of the Technion, Mr. Leemaster’s main philanthropic involvements are with the Hebrew Free Loan, where he served on the board and executive committee. Previously, he was active with the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit. He was recognized for his community service with the Alex J. Etkin Award for Young Leadership in 2001-2002, and with a Distinguished Community Service Award from the Association of Fundraising Professionals in 2008.
He and Susie have one son, Jacob, who participated in the Technion’s SciTech summer science program for high school students. Jacob is now an electrical engineer with MIT, in Boston, Mass.
We should my Psychobabies up there at University of Michigan.

Earlier in this issue (on page 12), you may have read about the service of Detroit Jewish community leader Larry Jackier to the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. His colleagues at the Jackier Gould law office in Bloomfield Hills and at the American Technion Society are celebrating his 12 years as chair of the Technion Board of Governors.
As chair, he led those who oversee the university’s programs and finances as well as its president and officers. As someone who spent 30 years working at Wayne State University and the University of Michigan, I know this is a big, big job, one that takes a tremendous amount of time, work and dedication (along with accumulating massive frequent flier miles!) So, to say the least, Jackier can claim a major contribution to Technion’s great success over the past decade-plus.

The Technion began as an idea that Jews needed their own technical institute and it should be in Palestine. In March 29, 1908, the notion of Technion — or a Technikum in German, the original language of Technion — was formed.
The cornerstone to the physical university was laid on April 11, 1912, in Haifa, where the university still stands. Albert Einstein was an early supporter and planted the first palm tree on campus, which is still there. From humble but determined beginnings, Technion has grown to rank among the leading research universities in the world. It is a leader in many fields, including biotechnology, its students build satellites, and two of its professors were the first to bring Nobel Prizes for science to Israel. A third soon followed.

I went into the William Davidson Digital Archive of Jewish Detroit History to see what I could find on the history of Technion and, more importantly, the critical connections between it and Jewish Detroit. I was not disappointed by the JN’s reporting on Technion: It was cited 3,677 times.
In short, one can easily find plenty of evidence that Jewish Detroiters were keen supporters of Technion. When the American Technion Society (ATS) was formed in 1940, the Detroit chapter followed that same year. The list of local contributors to Technion at the time is a who’s who of Jewish leaders including Albert Kahn, Fred Butzel, Rabbi Morris Adler and JN editor/publisher Philip Slomovitz.

There were many other supporters. A report in the Dec. 11, 1953, issue of the JN, for example, cited the $75,000 donation from Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Brody, considered at the time to be the largest sum ever donated by Detroit Jews for educational purposes to that date. In today’s dollars, that is about $700,000. The Detroit ATS Chapter sent $160,000 to Technion that year or more than $1.5 million in today’s dollars. Other early supporters of Technion included Joseph H. and Edythe Jackier. It seems Larry is carrying on his family’s legacy and then some.
The story of Technion is an impressive one. It is still a young university when compared to Oxford, Harvard or even the University of Michigan. Since its first students entered the doors of Technion, however, they and their professors have had a wonderful record of accomplishments.
Jewish Detroiters can also take great pride in Technion and its leadership, including that of Larry Jackier, who recently was succeeded as chair by Scott Leemaster, another Detroiter.

Biogenetic Legal Library Of Corporate Parental Rights - The Acquisition Of Asset Forfeiture Of Tiny Human Chattels - Courtesy Of The Detroit Land Bank Authority & Hillary Clinton's Campaign
The University of San Diego is back at it, but this time they are doing the library database, Predictive Modeling Crap, AI datascraping, all from your handheld device.
That is correct, Hillary Clinton is getting ready to raise campaign funds, or a legal defense, for her 2020 Presidential Campaign.
Yes, through the act of miracles by and through her "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) the reengineering of child welfare is just about ready to go full blown AI.
Yes, you can procure and purvey tiny humans right from your phone though one tap adoptions.
I can see the emerging markets in trafficking tiny humans, designer CRISPR babies, on demand organ transfers, lab rat populations, well, just about anything in the biogenetic administrative world of intellectual property.
You do not need large populations anymore for human lab rats, so why not adoption, you know, Save the Children.

DOJ: Principal Deputy Associate Attorney General Jesse Panuccio Delivers Remarks on Free Speech at The 2019 Harvard Alumni Symposium Hosted by the Harvard Law School Federalist Society Chapter
FUN FACT! YOU CAN GET KICKED OUT UNIVERSITY IF YOUR RESEARCH DEMONSTRATES THEY WERE STEALIN' BY PUSHING PREDICTIVE MODELING CRAP IN CHILD WELFARE

Saturday, March 30, 2019
Thank you for that kind introduction, Chase (Browndorf). It is a pleasure to be back at Harvard Law School. I am so pleased to see at this alumni event many friends from my time here. It is a special honor to share a speaking role at this symposium with classmates who have become leaders in law, business, and public policy: Johnathan Skrmetti, Annie Donaldson Talley, Katie Biber Chen, Sarah Harris, Jeff Harris, Judge Andrew Oldham, and Assistant Attorney General Beth Williams. In particular, I would like to congratulate Beth, whom you are honoring tonight with an award. She is most deserving. Beth was one of the first people I met when I entered law school, and she stood out as then as intelligent, principled, and hard working. She also stood out for her warmth and generosity. All these years later, we are now colleagues at the Department of Justice and I am pleased to report that those good qualities that distinguished her during our law school days have only strengthened. We are fortunate at DOJ to have Beth in the critical role of Assistant Attorney General for Legal Policy.

Folt, chancellor of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Chancellor Carol Folt, at the announcement of a partnership with pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline to accelerate the search for an HIV cure. The University of Southern California has announced a new president to usher in "a new era." The university said Wednesday, March 20, 2019 that Carol Folt will become the university's 12th president. The announcement comes a week after news broke of a massive college bribery scandal involving USC and other universities across the country. (Christine T. Nguyen/The Herald-Sun via AP, File)
LOS ANGELES (AP) — The University of Southern California on Wednesday announced a new school president who will usher in "a new era" following a series of high-profile scandals that culminated last week with a massive college admissions bribery case.
Carol Folt will become the university's 12th president on July 1 following a lengthy nationwide search. The announcement comes a week after news broke of a college bribery scandal involving USC and other universities across the country.
Folt most recently was chancellor of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was forced out early in a dispute over a Confederate monument.
Folt will take over USC from interim President Wanda Austin, who stepped in after former President C.L. Max Nikias resigned last summer amid two major controversies: reports that the school ignored complaints of widespread sexual misconduct by a longtime campus gynecologist and an investigation into a medical school dean accused of smoking methamphetamine with a woman who overdosed.

Federal agents used a fake university in Farmington Hills to lure undocumented immigrants who were trying to stay in the United States illegally.
The University of Farmington had no staff, no instructors, no curriculum and no classes but was utilized by undercover Homeland Security agents to identify people involved in immigration fraud, according to federal grand jury indictments unsealed Wednesday.
Eight people were charged with participating in a conspiracy to help at least 600 foreign citizens stay in the U.S. illegally, according to the indictments, which describe an innovative investigation that dates to 2015 but intensified one month into President Donald Trump's tenure as part of a broader crackdown on illegal immigration.
Those charged include:
• Bharath Kakireddy, 29, of Lake Mary, Florida.
• Aswanth Nune, 26, of Atlanta
• Suresh Reddy Kandala, 31, of Culpeper, Virginia.

DOJ: Arrests Made in Nationwide College Admissions Scam: Alleged Exam Cheating & Athletic Recruitment Scheme
BOSTON – Dozens of individuals involved in a nationwide conspiracy that facilitated cheating on college entrance exams and the admission of students to elite universities as purported athletic recruits were arrested by federal agents in multiple states this morning and charged in federal court in Boston. Athletic coaches from Yale, Stanford, USC, Wake Forest and Georgetown, among others, are implicated, as well as parents and exam administrators.
William “Rick” Singer, 58, of Newport Beach, Calif., was charged with racketeering conspiracy, money laundering conspiracy and obstruction of justice. Singer owned and operated the Edge College & Career Network LLC (“The Key”) – a for-profit college counseling and preparation business – and served as the CEO of the Key Worldwide Foundation (KWF) – a non-profit corporation that he established as a purported charity.
Between approximately 2011 and February 2019, Singer allegedly conspired with dozens of parents, athletic coaches, a university athletics administrator, and others, to use bribery and other forms of fraud to secure the admission of students to colleges and universities including Yale University, Georgetown University, Stanford University, the University of Southern California, and Wake Forest University, among others. Also charged for their involvement in the scheme are 33 parents and 13 coaches and associates of Singer’s businesses, including two SAT and ACT test administrators.

Timeline of Otto Warmbier's saga in North Korea
The American college student who had been imprisoned in North Korea for more than a year has died after returning to the U.S. in a state of unresponsive wakefulness, according to a statement from his family.
Otto Warmbier was sentenced to 15 years of hard labor in March 2016 after being accused of attempting to steal a propaganda poster from his Pyongyang hotel while visiting the country. The details of his detention and what led to the unresponsive wakefulness are still unknown, but he passed away Monday -- just days after U.S. officials secured his release and returned him to his family in Ohio.
